Alexander Morsink

Alexander Morsink is a Co-Founder and CEO of Equivesto, a Canadian online private investment platform and investment crowdfunding portal. Equivesto is a fully licensed Exempt Market Dealer, and has helped private Canadian companies raise over $150MM since Equivesto’s launch in mid-2020. As one of the few investment crowdfunding portals in Canada, Equivesto has championed making private investments open and accessible to the general public in Canada, not just the ultra wealthy. Alexander is also an Angel Investor, an acting Board Member of the Niagara Angel Network, and is a mentor/advisor at several Canadian startup accelerators and universities specializing in finance, business strategy, and early stage capital raising. Alexander was recently appointed to a 2 year term on the Ontario Securities Commission’s Registrant Advisory Committee.
