Eddy Arriola is an entrepreneur, CEO coach, board director, and the bestselling author of It's All About Relationships: Mastering the Art of Relational Leadership.
Over the past three decades, Eddy has founded and led multiple companies, including Apollo Bank, which he launched during the Great Financial Crisis and later led to a successful acquisition by a publicly traded bank. Throughout his career, he has served on the boards of public and private companies spanning banking, fintech, healthcare, and real estate, including Seacoast Bank (NASDAQ: SBCF), the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's Miami Branch.
President Barack Obama appointed Eddy to serve as Chairman of the Inter-American Foundation, a role unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate and continued under the Trump and Biden administrations.
Today, through his firm, Arriola & Co., Eddy advises CEOs, founders, and executive teams on leadership, strategy, organizational culture, and the relationships that drive exceptional performance. Drawing from decades of experience leading companies, serving in the boardroom, and coaching executives, he helps leaders navigate complexity, build stronger organizations, and achieve lasting results.
